Services

Deltabis Creative provides web design, brand identity, SEO, GEO, and related services as described on our website. Specific project scope, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon in writing before work commences.

Quotations & Payments

A 50% deposit is required before work commences. The remaining balance is due upon project completion. All quotations are valid for 30 days.

Revisions

Each project includes the revision rounds specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope are charged at our standard hourly rate.

Project Timeline

Timelines begin from the date we receive your deposit and all required project assets. Delays caused by client feedback turnaround may extend the project timeline.

Ownership & Handover

Upon full payment, all deliverables become the intellectual property of the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate a project with 14 days written notice. The 50% deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
